EULA - End User License Agreement

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DO NOT INSTALL THE SOFTWARE.
BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY,
YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING
AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

cGPSmapper non commercial licence.

1. The cGPSmapper software remains the property of the Author.

2. The cGPSmapper software is distributed "AS IS" under this Licence
solely for non-commercial use in the hope that it will be useful.

3. You are not permitted under this Licence to use cGPSmapper
software commercially. Use for which any financial return is received
shall be defined as commercial use, and includes (1) integration of
the program into a product for sale or license by or on behalf of
Licensee to third parties or (2) use of the cGPSmapper software for
research with the final aim of developing software products for sale
or license to a third party or (3) use of the cGPSmapper Software for
preparing maps for sale or license to a third party, or (4) use of
the cGPSmapper Software to provide any service to an external
organisation for which payment is received.

4. It must be noticed that every map created with the free version of
cGPSmapper software include text 'THIS MAP CANNOT BE SOLD' and
Author contact details.

6. No part of the cGPSmapper software may be modified without the
express permission of the Author.

7. The cGPSmapper software is provided "as is" without warranty of
any kind. Author further disclaim all implied warranties including
any implied warranties of merchantability or of fitness for a particular
purpose. You acknowledge that no representation or warranty has been
made by Author as to the performance or functionability of the product
or as to the suitability of the product for your purposes.

8. The entire risk arising out of the use of the cGPSmapper software and
maps created using cGPSmapper software remains with you. In no event
shall Author or anyone involved in the creation or documentation of
the cGPSmapper software be liable for any damages whatsoever.

9. You agree not to obtain or use the software in any state or country that
does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential
or incidental damages.
